UCo offers office, work, meeting and workshop space for companies that prioritize sustainability. Community members of UCo are involved and actively participate in the community. Companies create their own workplace here and make use of the shared facilities such as meeting rooms, lunch and call units. The building makes full use of natural daylight, offers a healthy indoor climate and has managed to keep the industrial atmosphere whilst keeping the NS heritage intact. Work can be in a flexible space, or in a silent room. There is room for co-creation at a long table under the shed roof or discussing outside under the tall trees.

The industrial character of the building combined with plants, natural and reused materials, light and healthy circular design create a workplace where everyone likes to come, from colleagues to clients.
